“What’s a town?”
“If you live in the country do you live in a town?”
“I don’t live near the post office or near the stores”
“The USA is inside of North America”
“The countries are all teams, some are fighting, like in Egypt they are fighting.”
“There are all different teams but everyone is on the World team, right?”
Song:
“Make new friends, but keep the old
one is silver and the other, gold
A circle’s round, it has no end
that’s how long I want to be your friend”
“I’m realizing that a circle that never ends could take up the whole world and the whole space.”
On being absent: “It’s kind of boring when you’re not at school.”

Social Studies: For Kindertown we discussed poverty and the many possible causes of poverty. We thought about “Rescue Teams” and what kinds of organizations help people.
We raised $85.27 in our Christmas Cafe! We decided on which animal we would fund for a family using Heifer International. Heifer is a rescue team organization that helps with farms and food. We decided to purchase Bees and Trees!
Hello Parents!
We are very excited to launch this new blog! We will use this site to add photos, videos and posts about what we do in Kindergarten! We hope this streamlines our communication as well as give us the opportunity to connect with you on a regular basis!
